Position Overview:We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee strategic partner relationships for our outsourced recordkeeping services, focused on non-ERISA voluntary 403(b), 457, and IRA business. This role blends strategic relationship management with operational expertise, requiring someone who can both engage with financial institution partners at a high level and drive process improvements across internal teams. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison for key partners, provide subject matter expertise in retirement operations, and help shape sustainable, scalable processes that ensure long-term partner satisfaction.Responsibilities:Manage and nurture relationships with 3 key financial institution and insurance company partners representing over $5B in assets under managementServe as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and strategic initiativesConduct regular business reviews and maintain a strong communication cadence with partner leadershipCollaborate (not own) on new product development, service enhancements, and business growth opportunitiesEnsure partner satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and service delivery excellenceOwn analysis of operational workflows, identifying opportunities for process refinement and automationPartner with operations leaders to influence and implement improvements that drive efficiencyMonitor key performance indicators and service level agreements with partnersLead cross-functional projects to enhance service delivery and operational effectivenessServe as a subject matter expert on non-ERISA 403(b), 457, and IRA recordkeeping operationsProvide operational guidance and expertise to team members and the broader organizationFoster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and client successUse Relius Recordkeeping System, Schwab Trust, Matrix Trust, and OnBase by Hyland in daily operationsIdentify system enhancement opportunities and collaborate with IT/technology teams for implementation (not direct ownership)Ensure data integrity and compliance across all systems and processesSupport training of team members on system functionality and best practicesQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field7+ years of experience in the retirement services industry3+ years in Account Management or Client Relationship Management, preferably transitioning from operations into relationship managementStrong knowledge of retirement operations, with expertise in non-ERISA 403(b) and IRA products and regulationsExperience with recordkeeping systems and trust operationsProven track record of managing large, complex client or partner relationshipsLeadership experience with direct team managementFamiliarity with Relius, Schwab Trust, Matrix Trust, or OnBase systemsExperience working directly with financial institutions or insurance company partnersADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Compensation: $80k-$110k plus 3% Bonus100% Remote
