Client Engagement & Digital Marketing Consultant

We’re seeking a self-directed professional to apply proven marketing methods, connect with prospective clients, and guide interested people through a structured information and sales process.
This independent role suits someone who enjoys communicating with people, takes ownership of their results, and is comfortable with income based on product sales.

What You’ll Do

• Apply established digital marketing strategies to generate enquiries.
• Conduct brief initial conversations with prospective clients to understand their interests and suitability.
• Guide interested people through an established online information process.
• Follow up with prospective clients, answer questions and support purchasing decisions.
• Use digital tools to organise contacts and manage follow-up.
• Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with an experienced support team.

Who You Are

• Bring 7+ years of professional experience in customer success, client support, account management, marketing, sales or a related field.
• Communicate clearly and build rapport with people from varied backgrounds.
• Work independently, organise your time and follow a structured process.
• Are willing to learn digital marketing methods and participate in sales-related activities.
• Have an interest in personal development and leadership education.
• Are comfortable with an independent, performance-based structure.
