Compass Healthcare Consulting and Placement is conducting a search for an On-Call Triage Supervisor for our client, a Hospice and Palliative Care program in the Bronx, NY. The programs offer a broad range of services in the community or facility-based to help patients and their families ease the burden of managing a life-limiting illness or end of life care. Shifts are Monday - Friday, 5pm - 1am. Hybrid Office/Field with access to Uber to make on-call visits.Salary $130,000-$140,000 per year.The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.Responsibilities:The On-Call RN Supervisor provides leadership, support, and guidance to Call Center staff for clinical/non clinical issues and situations. The Supervisor elevates complex issues to Team Manager, AOC or Hospice MD on call.
