Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - 1014-2

Work Hours: 35hrs/week

Summary of Position:

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our testing strategy and quality efforts across complex, high impact projects.
• The Senior QA must have minimum 5 years' experience as a QA and have spent time collaborating with Dev, Business Analyst, Infrastructure, and Design teams to ensure quality is thoughtfully examined in both processes and technology.
• The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of business workflows, exceptional analytical skills, and deep hands-on experience in both functional and nonfunctional testing.

Job Duties:

• Lead the overall test strategy, planning, and execution for assigned projects.
• Review and analyze business requirements and workflows to ensure complete test coverage.
• Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
• Perform functional, regression, API, and performance/load testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Use tools such as Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for requirements traceability, test management, and defect lifecycle management.
• Analyze performance test results to identify throughput issues and system bottlenecks.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure product quality and alignment with requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with complex integrations.
