Senior Director Marketing & Growth

Step into a high-impact remote role as Senior Director Marketing & Growth partnering directly with the Founder & CEO to turn the companys vision into a clear measurable marketing plan that drives growth. The Founder leads brand vision and product direction. You bring marketing leadership performance discipline consumer insight and strong execution. This is not a traditional corporate role. Were looking for a strategic leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves.

Our client is a fast-growing founder-led protein snacking brand known for great taste clean nutrition and a big personality. Now part of a global snacking company they are entering their next stage of growth while keeping their entrepreneurial spirit.

What You Will Do

• Lead the team. Set clear priorities and scorecards for three director-level leads and build the capabilities were missing.

• Own the marketing plan. Build the annual strategy and budget and balance long-term brand building with near-term growth.

• Grow the portfolio. Sharpen positioning across existing product lines and new innovations and lead go-to-market strategy for launches.

• Make every dollar work. Build ROI measurement dashboards and a test-learn-scale approach and move spend to what performs.

• Win at retail and online. Partner with Sales to drive velocity at key retailers and accelerate Amazon DTC and TikTok Shop.

• Build buzz. Lead social influencer and creator strategy to grow reach and engagement.

• Be a leadership partner . Contribute to company growth planning and collaborate with teams across the broader organization to support business success.

What You Will Bring

• 10 years in consumer marketing ideally in CPG food snacking or wellness

• Experience in a high-growth founder-led or entrepreneurial environment

• A track record of growing brands with measurable results

• Strength across retail e-commerce and DTC including performance marketing and analytics

• Experience leading teams managing agencies and launching new products

• Equally comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution
