Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Explain menu items and answer customer questions
Serve food, coffee, and beverages professionally
Check on guests throughout their meal
Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas
Assist with food running, bussing, and resetting tables when needed
Process customer payments accurately
Work closely with the kitchen, barista, cashier, and management teams
Follow food safety, cleanliness, and customer-service standards
Qualifications
Previous restaurant, café, bakery, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Professional and positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Able to stand for extended periods and carry trays
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
English communication skills required; additional languages are a plus
