Job Description

We are a growing metal company in the 5 buroughs and are looking for a tool and die setter. Great environment with a lot of support, room to grow in the company and we get out early every friday! Looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience. If you want to cross train in other departments we can help with that too.

salary: $48,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Set up power press machines

Gather die and feed it into machines

Operating bridgeport manual lathe

Blilingual is a plus, not required

Various manufacturing duties

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

• tool and die (2 years of experience is preferred)
• die setter (2 years of experience is required)
• machine operator (2 years of experience is preferred)
