Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Zero-Proof Mixologist to lead our non-alcoholic beverage experience. This role is perfect for a beverage professional who loves the craft of mixology and wants to push boundaries — creating complex, elegant, and mindful drinks without alcohol.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute a seasonal zero-proof cocktail and mocktail menu.
Provide engaging, knowledgeable, and elevated service to members and guests.
Maintain high standards of preparation, presentation, and cleanliness.
Partner with the culinary and management teams to align offerings and events.
Manage prep, batching, inventory, and bar organization.
Educate guests and staff about non-alcoholic spirits and mindful drinking culture.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of bar, mixology, or beverage experience in upscale or creative environments.
Strong understanding of balance, flavor, and craft techniques.
Knowledge of zero-proof spirits, adaptogens, and alternative beverage brands a plus.
Excellent communication, hospitality, and teamwork skills.
NYC Food Handler’s Certificate preferred.
