This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Club Deal based in United States. We are seeking an experienced real estate investment professional to launch and lead a premium private club deal investment activity from the ground up. You will identify exclusive off-market opportunities across high-end real estate, including income-generating properties, hospitality assets, and premium renovation projects. Working with a select network of qualified investors, you will oversee deal sourcing, transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiations, and investor reporting. You will coordinate with external legal and tax advisers to establish appropriate investment structures and support the successful execution of complex transactions. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to shape a new business model, build long-term investor relationships, and contribute strategically from the earliest stages. The role is designed for an independent dealmaker seeking performance-based compensation and a minority equity stake rather than a traditional salaried position. Accountabilities: As Head of Club Deal, you will take ownership of the activity's development and execution, combining investment sourcing, transaction leadership, and investor relationship management. Your responsibilities will include: - Source premium off-market opportunities: Identify and assess high-potential real estate assets, including income-generating properties, hospitality investments, and premium renovation projects. - Lead transaction structuring: Coordinate legal, tax, and financial structuring with external advisers, including appropriate vehicles and arrangements such as SAS, SCI, LMNP, and shareholder agreements. - Manage investor relationships: Build and maintain relationships with qualified high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and professional or equivalent investors operating within a strictly private framework. - Coordinate private subscription processes: Organize investor discussions, manage transaction communications, and oversee the private subscription process.
- Supervise due diligence: Coordinate technical, financial, and legal audits to assess opportunities, identify risks, and support informed transaction decisions. - Lead negotiations and execution: Drive deal negotiations and coordinate stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle. - Establish investor reporting: Develop clear, transparent, and periodic reporting processes to communicate transaction progress and relevant performance information. - Build the operating model: Define the processes and framework needed to launch and scale the club deal activity. - Prepare the initial transaction: Contribute to the preparation and execution of the first target operation and help establish the business's long-term development strategy. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an accomplished real estate dealmaker with a demonstrable transaction record, a strong investor network, and the ability to operate independently in a complex investment environment. The following qualifications are expected: - At least five years of experience in real estate club deals, real estate private equity, or the structuring of real estate transactions. - A demonstrable track record of successfully sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing private investment transactions. - Strong understanding of real estate legal and tax structures, including relevant investment vehicles and shareholder arrangements. - An active network of qualified investors, high-net-worth individuals, and professional or equivalent investors. - Proven ability to originate and manage deal flow independently, from initial sourcing through transaction execution. - Strong negotiation, financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and transaction management skills.
